This Human Resources Administrator position is ideal for individuals eager to launch their career in HR or those wishing to expand their existing Support/Customer-oriented experience in a genuinely people-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will contribute to our mission by:

1. Managing transactional aspects of the employee lifecycle.

2. Fostering and maintaining positive relationships with local colleagues and centers of excellence.

3. Actively engaging with stakeholders across the People Team and the broader organization.

4. Overseeing HRIS systems to ensure colleague profiles are created, updated, and accurately maintained throughout the month.

5. Handling diverse and confidential information with the utmost accuracy, independent judgment, and discretion.

6. Supporting ongoing process enhancements to boost effectiveness, efficiency, and digitization, while proactively identifying areas for improvement and suggesting potential solutions.

7. Providing administrative assistance to the People Relations team on an as-needed basis.
