With over 35 years of experience, we have tailored programs to address the varied needs of individuals with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries.

We specialize in treatments for conditions such as post-concussion syndrome, stroke recovery, memory impairment, neurobehavioral challenges, and injuries from accidents or sports.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
This role provides essential administrative support to the Human Resources Department.

The HR Administrative Coordinator will assist the HR team by managing a range of administrative tasks and supporting various specialized functions, including the collection and organization of employment records, maintaining comprehensive and accurate personnel files, and disseminating HR-related information within the organization.

This position will also contribute to a variety of HR projects and initiatives as required.

Responds to external inquiries regarding personnel information, such as employment verification or work history. Acts as a resource for staff questions or requests for HR-related information.


Leads efforts in auditing, organizing, and updating personnel files to ensure that all staff information and required employment records are current, complete, and accurate.


Monitors personnel file documents to ensure compliance with insurance, licensing, and accreditation standards, as well as adherence to the company's internal policies and procedures (e.g., driver's license reviews, state/federal criminal background checks, etc.). Proactively reaches out to employees to obtain necessary forms, licenses, certifications, or other HR-related documentation.


Facilitates and completes pre-employment contingencies for prospective employees based on their application status; manages the onboarding process for new hires, including the distribution and collection of new hire documentation and completion of I-9 forms.

Supports new hire orientation and assists staff in integrating into their roles within the organization.


Assists with the recruitment process, including conducting phone screenings, reposting job openings, ensuring the accuracy of job postings, and performing reference checks.

Organizes and processes new-hire/intern paperwork by completing necessary employment and background checks, and establishing employee files for programs.

Contributes to various HR projects and initiatives focused on employee appreciation and retention as requested.

Performs HRIS system maintenance tasks and updates as necessary.

Participates in HR team meetings and strategic planning sessions.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
A high school diploma is required; an associate's degree is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google productivity suites, along with strong word processing and general software skills, is essential.

Familiarity with database management, employment regulations, recordkeeping, recruitment, or other HR practices is advantageous.

Excellent planning, organizational, time management, and communication skills are crucial, along with a commitment to securing sensitive information and maintaining strict confidentiality regarding personal and employment-related data.
