About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our People Operations Team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support in all areas of People Operations, including new employee onboarding, confidential file and document management, HRIS maintenance, and center-wide regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • An Associate's degree and two years of specialized administrative support training, preferably in Human Resources
  • Comparable years of paid experience in an administrative assistant, representative, coordinator, or other Human Resources position with similar responsibilities
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Maintain a valid driver's license
