Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this leadership position oversees operations with a strong focus on the front office, housekeeping, and maintenance. Responsibilities include executing flawless guest experiences, revenue generation, cost and policy controls, staffing, safety and sanitation. Ensures implementation and delivery of the service standards and initiatives to exceed guest expectations, manages front of house and back of house operational departments, with clear and specific goals and accountability. This position is actively involved in building strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers.

Job RequirementsMaintaining a positive work environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement, and a passion for providing service
Examining employee and guest satisfaction results, and developing game plans to attack need areas while expanding on areas of strength.
Providing excellent customer service by being readily available to and approachable for all guests.
Addressing guest concerns in a proactive manner
3-5 years experience of hotel management operations in a full service environment required
Responsible for being the acting Manager on Duty
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and nights as business requires.
Responsible for training, follow up, and accountability for staff.
Responsible for development for department leaders.
Responsible to have full knowledge and understanding for all brand standard requirements for Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
Strong customer relations skills and leadership capability
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skill. This position requires constant communication between departments, daily stand ups are required for all shifts.
Ability to make quick decisions, problem solve to achieve guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance with policy and financial standards
This position may require task force responsibilities from time to time, so the ability to travel is required.
This position would directly oversee various operation's departments in the absence of a department lead when necessary.
FSPMS and MARSHA proficiency preferred.
Must be able to pass a background check as well as be drug free.
