JOB DESCRIPTIONWe have a great opportunity for a Vice President of Sales and Partnerships for Fox Weather In this exciting new position, the Vice President, Sales and Partnerships will drive non-media advertising partnership revenue for Fox Weather, secure critical sponsorship deals and forge long-term partnerships with major clients across diverse industries to meet or exceed substantial revenue targets, and develop and execute fully integrated, top-tier, cross-platform sponsorship solutions that target and meet revenue goals.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategize and implement effective upfront and scatter partnership sales strategies by working directly with the Fox Weather editorial teams Oversee and manage relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and Fox Weather, ensuring interactions are conducted with the highest level of integrity Utilize a consultative approach that involves superior problem-solving skills and excellent ability to determine client needs Forge strong relationships with key decision-makers within the industry, reinforcing company reputation and reliability Leverage events where weather plays a part for sponsorship opportunities, managing and executing strategies across varied FNM propertiesWHAT YOU WILL NEED 10+ years of experience in media sales and brand partnerships Weather sales experience Experience in leading strategy development for high-stake properties Proven track record in driving revenue for non-media opportunities Demonstrated ability to craft profitable marketing partnership solutions and generate new income streams, especially within Weather and FNM events contexts Capability to initiate and close substantial sponsorship deals and develop integrated marketing campaigns involving multiple media platforms Proficiency in developing long-term client partnerships and sponsorship strategies with a consistent record of meeting sales goals Passion for weather #LI-DNI We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $222, ,000.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
