Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft SSIS MS SQL Server and Kafka. This role involves overseeing project execution ensuring technical excellence and contributing to the company's mission of delivering innovative solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Lead the design development and implementation of data integration solutions using Microsoft SSIS.

· Oversee the management and optimization of MS SQL Server databases to ensure high performance and reliability.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables ensuring alignment with business objectives.

· Ensure the efficient processing and real-time data streaming using Kafka enhancing data flow and system responsiveness.

· Develop and enforce best practices for database design development and deployment maintaining high standards of data integrity and security.

· Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to project standards.

· Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

· Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into the project lifecycle ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies integrating relevant advancements into project strategies.

· Prepare and present project status reports to senior management highlighting achievements challenges and future plans.

· Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge promoting professional growth and development.

· Drive the adoption of agile methodologies within the team ensuring flexibility and adaptability in project execution.

Qualifications

· Possess a strong background in Microsoft SSIS demonstrating the ability to design and implement complex data integration solutions.

· Have extensive experience with MS SQL Server including database management optimization and security practices.

· Show proficiency in Kafka with a deep understanding

Certification(s) Required:

MICROSOFT CERTIFIED: AZURE DATA ENGINEER ASSOCIATE CONFLUENT CERTIFIED DEVELOPER FOR APACHE KAFKA

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 115,000 USD – $ 135,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
