Role Summary:

As a SENIOR TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER, you will report directly to the CTO and be an integral part of the Program Management team. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the successful definition, implementation, and delivery of cloud infrastructure and software that underpins our robust, high-performing, and scalable platforms. You will oversee all phases of the software development lifecycle and ensure effective communication of program details to maintain alignment across the organization. Your daily tasks will include managing schedules, identifying risks and mitigations, handling escalations, proposing trade-offs, and clearly communicating with project stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in technically complex environments, adapts well to ambiguity and shifting priorities, and is motivated to leverage their expertise to establish new processes and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

The essential duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Define and lead the Release Management process in collaboration with Product Owners and Technical Leads.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to address constraints, dependencies, and challenges during software development.
  • Collaborate with teams to establish milestones, communicate project statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks.
  • Develop and promote best practices and product development processes in conjunction with Product leadership.
  • Assist in creating infrastructure roadmaps based on product design and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate the implementation of the roadmap from initial development stages through to launch.
  • Contribute to engineering deliverables, including specifications and test plans.
  • Ensure project documentation is comprehensive, up-to-date, and accessible for staff and leadership review.
  • Identify necessary resources and work closely with team leads to maintain visibility across multiple projects.
  • Address resource gaps efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS ECS/EKS, MQ, RDS, Redshift) and software development methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of bridging gaps between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proven success in managing complex projects from conception to delivery.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
  • Must be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or eligible to work in the US permanently.
