Strong background in hotel sales with a focus on large group accommodations and complex negotiations.

Strong Contract negotiation and relationship management skills, strategic placement of business in non-peak times.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will represent the hotel in developing market segments and new customer relationships while maintaining existing accounts. Key responsibilities include:

Soliciting, responding to, and negotiating with clients requiring large and complex group accommodations, with or without meeting space.

Strategizing and placing business in non-peak times and managing existing accounts during peak season.

Preparing proposals and contracts to advise prospective customers on guest rooms, meeting spaces, and rates.

Engaging in outside sales activities to discuss business opportunities and entertain customers.

Conducting site visits with clients and participating in tradeshows and industry events.
