Become a vital part of the North-America Field Enablement team, where you will craft exceptional learning journeys and spearhead collaborative initiatives across various teams to design, implement, and assess enablement experiences tailored specifically for the tech sales sector.

As the Senior Sales Enablement Strategist for North America, your role will encompass the comprehensive planning, design, and execution of enablement strategies for tech sales roles within the AWS field teams, collaborating closely with both local and global enablement units. This is a proactive position, ideal for candidates who are ready to engage hands-on and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate AWS sales teams in achieving high-quality customer interactions as Trusted Enablement Advisors by:
    • Leading discovery sessions, aligning business objectives, conducting needs assessments, prioritizing initiatives, and fostering cross-functional collaboration with a deep understanding of the tech sales landscape.
    • Curating, orchestrating, developing, and executing enablement initiatives.
    • Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of enablement programs.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with leadership and stakeholders across various business units to identify tech role enablement priorities and requirements.
  • Formulating data-driven recommendations for new initiatives or enhancing existing programs.
  • Leading the enablement strategy for AWS Sellers within your designated scope, frequently partnering with functional teams.
  • Expertly curating existing content, programs, and resources to deliver the right enablement to the right individuals at the right time.
  • Managing all phases of projects from conception to delivery to meet ambitious business objectives.
  • Establishing measurement frameworks to monitor progress against strategic plans.
  • Generating insights to demonstrate the impact of enablement efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in professional services, enablement, direct sales, or learning and development with increasing levels of influence and responsibility.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in developing and executing sales enablement programs.
  • 5+ years of program management experience.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with single-threaded ownership in scoping and defining requirements for improvement projects.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience in driving measurement strategies, change management, and prioritization across multiple integrated projects.
  • Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience in training and mentoring peers or direct reports.

Compensation: Our compensation reflects the labor market across various US geographic regions. The base pay for this position ranges significantly based on location and is influenced by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, Amazon offers a comprehensive compensation package that may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
