Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Life Enrichment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment that fosters meaningful relationships between residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate resident interests and involvement in life skills programs
  • Develop and implement life skills tailored to each resident's unique needs and abilities
  • Engage residents in life skills activities throughout the day and evening
  • Maintain an inventory of life skills programming supplies
  • Assist residents with daily care of animals and/or plants as part of the life skills program
Requirements
  • One year of experience working with memory-impaired seniors
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certification(s) may be required per state regulations
  • Ability to motivate and encourage residents, adapt life skills to cognitive and functional abilities
  • Ability to work semi-independently, follow community procedures and guidelines
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office
