The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Lead and deliver recurring email marketing communications programs that keep advisors aware and engaged with the Fidelity brand, drive client retention and positive brand perception, and cross-sell new products and solutions
  • Define email marketing strategies including audience targeting criteria, subscription and opt-in methods, governance processes, frequency, personalization, and content
  • Establish and monitor recurring email marketing communication objectives, KPIs, and testing
  • Willingness to take action to drive initiatives forward, challenge conventional thinking and propose and implement new, more efficient ways of doing work
  • Facilitate content planning, selection, calendaring, and amplification across social, web, etc.
  • Understand and demonstrate the latest capabilities in marketing automation, marketing journey builder, and the connection between direct marketing and lead cultivating
  • Maintain an open and collaborative test and learn approach across marketing channels with an emphasis on optimizing content, tactics, and channel mix to improve business outcomes
  • Expertise in all aspects of marketing strategy, customer adoption/utilization, and digital marketing
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across the Marketing team and with business partners
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • A sense of urgency, integrity, and purpose with a strong sense of accountability owning successes and failures
  • Exceptional organizational skills, consistently setting and meeting deadlines, prioritizing or re-prioritizing, and using outstanding judgement in engaging collaborators and senior resources
  • Ensure internal, public, and client-facing materials are in-compliance
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree, advanced degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience working in financial services or related technology industry in a direct marketing strategy, inbound marketing, or digital marketing role
  • Business to Business and Wealth Management market experience a plus

The Digital Content Amplification team is part of the Fidelity Institutional (FI) Digital Engagement campaigns and content marketing team with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences through our digital channels.
