Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a seasoned **Content Strategy Lead** to spearhead its editorial initiatives focused on artificial intelligence. This role will involve collaborating with BCG experts and external thought leaders to ensure the firm's insights on AI—particularly its impact on business and society, as well as the strategic actions leaders should undertake to leverage its potential—remain at the forefront of the industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with BCG's global AI campaign team to establish and refine a comprehensive content strategy across the firm.
  • Design and oversee the creation of editorial pieces that highlight BCG's insights on pressing AI-related issues relevant to business and societal leaders.
  • Provide expert editing and guidance on AI-focused content produced by BCG professionals and external contributors.
  • Manage and develop a robust pipeline of AI-related editorial content.
This position is closely integrated with the firm's global AI campaign while being anchored within the BCG Content Studio, a collaborative hub of writers, editors, producers, and strategists.

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders across various functions and levels, particularly with senior decision-makers.
  • Communicating effectively and clearly, with an emphasis on influencing and informing decisions related to content strategy and development.
  • Exercising sound editorial judgment to enhance content quality.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a proven record of academic excellence.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a professional editorial setting.
  • A strong knowledge base and genuine interest in artificial intelligence.
