About the Role

Circle is seeking a highly skilled Senior Writer to join our team. As a Senior Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content that effectively communicates our company's message and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with Circle's business goals and objectives.
  • Write and edit engaging content for various channels, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is aligned with product messaging and company narrative.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to inform content decisions and optimize content performance.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar and editorial plan.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on content best practices.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in content writing, journalism, or a related field.
  • Expertise in writing, storytelling, and SEO.
  • Strong understanding of financial technology, digital currencies, and blockchain.
  • Experience with content management systems and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $130,000 - $170,000.
  • Annual bonus target: 15%.
  • Equity and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
  • Discretionary vacation policy and 10 days of paid sick leave per year.
  • 11 paid holidays per year.
