What You'll Be Doing:

Understanding the U.S. healthcare environment and its complexities is captivating and stimulating. This team works with commercial and government health insurance Payers to provide patients with affordable access to Lilly medicines. In this role, you will influence innovative concepts that set new benchmarks for success within the industry and deliver high-quality, secure, reliable, modernized services for critical IT solutions that run Lilly's premier affiliate.

What You Should Bring:

A curious mind that seeks to understand the LVA business processes and strategy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and excellent facilitation skills A passion for scaling AI/ML capabilities to drive business outcomes Proficiency working in COTS configured/SaaS solutions.
