Job Summary

CSCI Consulting, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join their Corporate Project Delivery team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple project delivery teams nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for client deliverables, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client relations, fostering strong partnerships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Support team dynamics and continuity of services, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Assist with personnel management and training, developing and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Deliver Risk Management, Project Management, and Contract Management services, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Participate in hiring decisions and subcontract negotiations, driving business growth and development.
  • Support proposal completion and sales, leveraging your expertise to drive business success.
  • Assist in the implementation and enhancement of project management methodology, driving process improvements and best practices.
  • Ensure contract compliance and quality deliverables, maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
  • Provide personnel management oversight and lead contract closeout activities, ensuring seamless project transitions.
  • Assist in business development and respond to solicitations, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Department of Defense/federal expertise, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Proven project management experience in the federal sector, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service, with a passion for building strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Expertise in conflict resolution, with a strong understanding of negotiation and mediation techniques.
  • Ability to understand client needs and strong communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex ideas and drive results.
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a strong preference for candidates with advanced degrees or certifications.
  • US Citizen and able to pass a Federal background investigation, with a strong commitment to security and compliance.

Preferred Skills

  • 2+ years of Federal Financial Management and/or Audit experience, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • 2+ years in personnel management within the federal sector, with a proven ability to develop and mentor team members.
  • 2+ years in contract management specific to consulting services, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Prefer candidates to reside in Indianapolis, IN, with a strong preference for candidates with a strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.
