Sr. Digital Product Manager, CDP & Marketing Automations

Kontoor Brands is currently seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager, CDP & Marketing Automations for our corporate headquarters in Greensboro, NC. This role will play a vital role in developing the global customer data program within Kontoor Brands. As a member of the digital operations team, this person will partner with ecommerce and marketing teams in North America and Europe to develop capabilities and features that align with market segmentation strategies.

This role will also serve as the subject matter expert and the first line of business support for several customer data platforms, primarily Kontoor's Customer Data Platform (CDP), BlueConic, and email and SMS platform (ESP), Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will work closely with operations and IT team members to manage the integration of all customer-segmentation-capable applications within the digital platform, ensuring data hygiene and segment accuracy and consistency throughout the customer journey.

The Senior Digital Product Manager must have expert level knowledge of customer data platforms and marketing automation platforms. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in relational databases, customer data architecture, customer segmentation and scoring, customer list management, identify resolution, and customer database appends. The ideal candidate is well versed in martech platforms designed to leverage customer audiences. This person should be experienced in agile processes, with at least three years in a global product or platform manager role.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage implementation of customer data platform (CDP) roadmap for North America and Europe Develop and manage implementation of email, SMS, Narvar order tracking, and browser messaging platform roadmap for North America and Europe Participate in agile development ceremonies and work with other digital operations team members to ensure consistent and accurate customer segments across all parts of digital ecosystem. Serve as subject matter expert and provide first line business support for on CDP. Work with brand marketing partners to facilitate the development of highly-targeted marketing campaigns. Serve as subject matter expert on and provide first line business support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email and Mobile Connect) Develop and implement data cleansing, data hygiene, and data append processes Engage IT and vendor support teams as needed to provide business support In partnership with ecom business team and Loyalty Lead, develop, document, and maintain marketing automation and segmentation rules In partnership with ecom business team and Loyalty Lead, develop, document, and maintain customer scoring rules Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business related field preferred. MBA preferred 3-5 years of experience in a global product or platform manager role Must have experience in the Salesforce stack, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud as well as at least one CDP, ideally BlueConic. Omnichannel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience is also preferred. Email, SMS marketing platforms CRM platforms for omnichannel retail Experience as a global product manager or product owner in an agile ecommerce development program Information architecture SQL Salesforce Marketing Cloud Cross-platform audience, segment, list management Vendor relationship management CDP, preferably BlueConic DSP, DMP, and other martech platforms that facilitate audience-based campaigns Personalization platforms #LI-RL1
