We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead our FP&A/Cost Accounting function. This individual will report directly to the VP of Finance and CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and budgeting processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and analyze trends to create accurate budgets and forecasts.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and identifying key financial insights.
  • Generate regular financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics, and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in decision-making processes by providing financial insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with management to understand their financial needs and provide financial support and guidance.
  • Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data by performing data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis processes.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by the management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
  • Minimum three (3) years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience, or directly related business experience.
  • Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.
