They heavily interact with project teams, development teams, business partners, and various levels of management.
How You Will Make a Difference:
Responsible for ITIL service delivery activity for applications in the portfolio and ensuring business commitments are met. Responsible for participating in the Global Center of Excellence Monitor SLA performance from Digital & Technology service provider. Work with the Project teams to monitor and review specs to our Service Providers related to Minor Enhancement requests. Maintain consistent contact with brand Business Relation Managers, Digital & Technology Project Teams, and business partners to be the liaison between Digital & Technology service provider and business partners. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all systems within area of responsibility. Participate in defining impact, requirements and controls for software and hardware upgrades, as well as recommendations for system performance improvements. Support Audit & Compliance activities Enforce compliance with applicable VF policies, guidelines, and governmental laws Assist in development of weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually and year to date reporting matrix on SLA and Minor Enhancement work that is done by Digital & Technology Maintain process/technical knowledge and serve as subject matter expert.
Years of Related Professional Experience: 5-10 years
Educational/ Position Requirements:
BA/BS in Business Administration, computer science or related field PkMS, Labor Management & Other Manhattan Products Functional/Technical Knowledge AS 400, Turnover Functional/Technical Knowledge of one of more application in the portfolio Prior Database/Programing experience required. Ability to set technical standards/participate in technical reviews, enforce & adapt new/enhance existing processes. Experience with Center of Excellence Outsourcing experience preferred. Experience working within a Global Service Delivery model. PMI and/or ITIL certification preferred. Application related certification a plus Knowledge of Service Now experience a plus. Skills

$96,000.00 USD - $120,000.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
