Come join the Healthcare Distribution Alliance (HDA) , the national organization helping members navigate regulations and innovations to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of medicines and healthcare products. They are seeking an Administrator of Government Affairs (Senior Administrative Assistant) to support the Executive Vice President and the Government Affairs office . This position also provides backup administrative support for the President & CEO and assists with Executive Committee and Board of Directors meetings.

  • Voted one of the Best Places to Work in Virginia As the Administrator of Government Affairs (Senior Administrative Assistant), you will provide vital administrative support to the Federal, State, and Regulatory Affairs departments, including managing multiple calendars, responding to email inquiries, and scheduling meetings. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date files and schedules, coordinate projects, and assist with reviewing and preparing expense reports. This position reports to the EVP of Government Affairs. Qualified candidates offer:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 5 years of professional office experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook/email
    • Experience with data entry and using database software
    • Excellent customer service demeanor and phone manners
