Key Responsibilities:

The Supervisor TO Administration will lead a team of seven Level 8 Coordinators at the San Francisco Maintenance Base (5) and Houston Component Shops (2). The primary function of this role is to administer key attributes of the Collective Bargaining Agreement to ensure compliance - responsible for ensuring shift bids, workforce management, vacation bids, overtime callouts, and payroll entries meet the various time and accuracy requirements. The role also coordinates routinely with several support roles including payroll, Talent Acquisition, ETA, and various employee HR functions. Travel to Houston is expected on a monthly basis.

  • Directs processes to ensure the meeting of staffing ratios, smooth onboarding and movement of personnel, and procedural alignment to contractual obligations within the CBA
  • Manages relationships with cross functional stakeholders, effectively altering communication style to support various levels of employees
  • Uses technology to identify opportunities and lead projects that support process improvement in the department
  • Engage front-line agents to deliver excellent customer service to 900 employees across two locations through regular training, coaching, feedback and recognition, as appropriate
  • Administrative level knowledge of ETA (Employee Time and Attendance) and PeopleSoft

Qualifications
What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Technical Operations or related background
  • Experience in project management initiatives and working cross divisionally
  • Continuous improvement
  • Planning/multi-tasking
  • Ability to tailor communication style to effectively partner cross divisionally and with various levels of leadership
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
