How will you make a difference to PMI?

Senior level legal operations professional accountable for leading processes and practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the legal team, managing change, and ensure data driven decisions are made to define and drive strategic and operational initiatives of the department.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Strategize and manage improvements in technical systems capabilities and legal services delivery.
  • Lead in identifying and implementing legal department tools to streamline new and existing practices.
  • Manage design and rollout and training the staff members for new systems and technology.
  • Enforce the processes and policies to manage outside counsel usage and spend, advise the leadership of Legal department oncost efficient usage of vendor services.
  • Strategize the optimization of the workflows within the legal department and facilitate any process improvements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams globally, including Markets, Product, Finance, IT, to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of legal processes supporting the business.
  • Build reports related to Legal Department activities and performance, including without limitation, managing outside counsel costs and expenses, commercial transaction type and volume, intellectual property enforcement case type, volume and outcomes, legal matter scope and outcomes.
  • Counsel Legal Department on data management and partners with attorneys on the analysis of legal systems data.
  • Build presentation materials based on data analysis.
  • Manage electronic files and ensure the accuracy of legal records.
  • Oversee administration and approval of outside party billing and internal reporting on Legal Department expenses.
  • Manage responses to record subpoenas and legal hold processes.
