We are in search of a seasoned and dynamic Sales Manager to take charge of the Birthdays Sales Team and promote group events. As the Sales Manager, you will be accountable for boosting sales, supervising a team of sales representatives, and ensuring remarkable customer experiences for group events and birthday festivities. This position demands a strategic mind with robust leadership abilities, a sales enthusiasm, and a dedication to delivering outstanding outcomes.

Main Duties:
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and put into effect sales strategies to enhance revenue for group events and birthday celebrations.
  • Recognize target markets, industry trends, and customer necessities to seize sales prospects.
  • Set an example by actively participating in sales actions such as prospecting, presenting, and finalizing deals.
  • Team Leadership and Management:
  • Recruit, train, and guide a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Offer continuous coaching and feedback to enrich sales skills and efficiency.
  • Cultivate a positive, collaborative team environment that encourages responsibility, innovation, and ongoing enhancement.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and uphold strong relationships with clients and event hosts.
  • Act as the chief contact person for clients, ensuring their needs are fulfilled and surpassed.
  • Proactively recognize opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
  • Event Coordination and Planning:
  • Collaborate with internal departments like operations and marketing to arrange and execute successful group events and birthday celebrations.
  • Ensure flawless event planning and execution, encompassing venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics management.
  • Supervise post-event follow-up to collect feedback and secure recurring business.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and assess sales performance metrics such as monthly bookings, revenue targets, and upsell objectives.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance sales and pricing strategies, as well as resource distribution.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated sales experience with a history of advancing revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Deep comprehension of group events, birthday celebrations, and the hospitality sector.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and spot growth possibilities.
