These raw materials are used in formulations for coatings, paints, packaging and adhesives. As a member of the North America Distribution team, you will support the overall success of the Dispersions & Resins business in North America. Your role as the Commercial Analyst, Distribution is to manage pricing systems and reporting to drive faster closure of new business, greater responsiveness to our distribution partners, and facilitate profitable organic growth.

Formula for Success

  • Leveraging your education and experience, you will serve as the main point of contact for all pricing and product topics for distribution partners.
  • Managing distribution pricing, you will maintain the pricing systems and seek to improve commercial outcomes in collaboration with product management.
  • Demonstrating your solid problem-solving and analytical skills, you will review monthly distributor performance reporting, identify trends, complete gap analyses, and recommend improvements.
  • Your excellent communication and collaboration skill sets will be essential to achieve targets.

What we look for in you...

  • B.S. Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent is required.
  • 2-4 years of broad-based business-analytics and reporting experience
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, presenting financial information to executive audiences
  • Experience with data modeling/analysis, reporting on key performance indicators is preferred
  • Experience with SAP, PowerBI, and other relevant financial programs and software is preferred
