Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to support our sales directors within the Healthcare sector. This role is crucial for enhancing new deal performance and driving financial outcomes, reporting directly to the National Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and evaluation of sales pro formas.
  • Provide cost analysis feedback to senior leadership in sales and operations.
  • Complete pricing templates for clients.
  • Participate in travel for surveys and meetings related to significant sector deals.
  • Train new users on sales pro forma modeling.
  • Engage in various ad hoc finance projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant finance experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills that foster collaboration.
  • Experience in the Healthcare sector is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
