KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position encompasses a variety of essential functions. While the following list outlines primary responsibilities, additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

1. Analytical Review: Conduct thorough evaluations of deals, compile information summaries, and perform comprehensive relationship assessments.
2. Market Development: Engage in prospecting activities and market analysis, while establishing and maintaining a database of potential clients.
3. Sales Strategy: Develop and manage pre-call planning approaches for targeted clients and/or Relationship Managers, including the utilization of sales tools.
4. Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings and calls alongside assigned Relationship Managers, contributing to the complete client planning process.
5. Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to Commercial Real Estate Analysts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this role:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
2. A minimum of two years of relevant experience in Commercial Real Estate.
3. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
4. Proficiency in essential computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
6. Familiarity with credit principles.
7. Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively under time constraints.
8. Proven success in a collaborative team setting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. A Master’s degree in Real Estate or equivalent experience in Commercial Real Estate through internships or other relevant roles.
2. At least two years of experience in a Commercial Real Estate Associate Development Program or a similar role in CRE Credit Delivery.
