Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to support our sales directors in the Healthcare sector. This role is pivotal in enhancing new deal performance and driving financial outcomes, reporting directly to the National Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the compilation and evaluation of sales pro formas.
2. Provide cost analysis feedback to senior leadership in sales and operations.
3. Complete pricing templates for clients.
4. Attend surveys and meetings related to significant sector deals.
5. Train new and less experienced users on sales pro forma modeling.
6. Undertake additional finance-related projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A proactive self-starter with a positive attitude.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Access is essential.
- A minimum of two years of relevant finance experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in the Healthcare sector is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
