Job Description:

  • Complete onboarding
  • Conduct Safety and Training
  • Utilizing bilingual skills to communicate with employees, help translate documents when needed, etc.
  • Review and verify data
  • Maintain and update files, mailings, inventory & database systems
  • Process and distribute incoming mail
  • Prepare mailings
  • Prepare and edit reports, tables and records
  • Respond to requests for information.
  • Answer and screen telephone calls
  • Perform data entry
  • Process and review routine paperwork
  • Research files
  • Retrieve and archive documents
  • Greet and direct visitors, deliverymen, the general public, clients &employees

    Skills:
    • Bilingual Required: Ability to Speak, Read & Write English/Spanish
    • MS Office: Word, Excel & Outlook
    • Good typing & data entry skills
    • Good communication & customer service skills
    • Knowledgeable on faxes, copiers, scanners and standard office equipment
    • Detail oriented, multi-tasked
