Summary:

The Senior Organizational Equity Compliance Consultant ("SR. OE Consultant") serves as a member of a dynamic team that provides administrative, educational, and intellectual leadership to support the Health System's equal opportunity and accessibility compliance program.

Education:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school or Master's in related field required.

Required Licensure, Certification, On-going Training:

Mediation Certification preferred.

Experience:

  • A minimum of seven (7) years of progressively more responsible experience in equal employment opportunity (EEO), employment law, equal opportunity programs and affirmative action.
  • Experience in conducting comprehensive investigations of discrimination, harassment and retaliation related complaints and preparing investigation reports (factual background, summaries of allegations and witness interviews, analysis of relevant legal standards, and recommendations).
  • Experience in mediating and negotiating workplace claims of discrimination preferred.
  • Previous experience in health care industry or related not-for-profit environment preferred.
