Position Summary
The Membership Outreach Specialist serves as an outside sales representative in the healthcare sector, focusing on generating leads among Medicare-eligible seniors and guiding them through the process of becoming patients at Sage Health. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with senior citizens, local community partners, and health plan agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective monthly and quarterly sales strategies to meet new patient acquisition goals.
  • Organize and participate in community events such as health fairs and informational sessions to engage with Medicare-eligible seniors.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with independent brokers, senior housing leaders, and local organizations.
  • Educate potential patients about our services and provide personalized tours of our facilities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects, patients, and community partners.
  • Attend regular sales meetings to discuss strategies and share results.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience with Medicare and Medicare Advantage is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the senior population and consultative selling techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems, with Salesforce experience being highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.
