Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and investigate EEO inquiries, ensuring thorough assessments of complaints.
  • Conduct intake and triage processes for all EEO complaints, providing appropriate referrals when necessary.
  • Draft and manage related documentation, including investigative reports and findings.
  • Facilitate mediation sessions with guidance from senior EEO personnel.
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of training programs focused on EEO and diversity initiatives.
  • Compile data and prepare reports related to EEO compliance and workforce statistics.
  • Review employment transactions to ensure adherence to EEO/ADA regulations.
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

Qualifications

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: A minimum of five years in administrative or professional roles is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in policy development and procedural documentation.
  • Proficiency in handling investigations related to discrimination and preparing detailed reports.
  • Background in conducting training sessions on EEO, diversity, or inclusion topics.

Licenses and Certifications

Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license in the State of Maryland may be required for certain duties.
