Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Lead technical projects from inception to completion ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of networking solutions to ensure robust and secure connectivity.
  • Provide expert support for Service Now ensuring efficient incident management and service request fulfillment.
  • Manage the Service Desk operations ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Offer remote desktop support to end-users troubleshooting and resolving technical problems promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions with business processes.
  • Develop and implement best practices for desktop support enhancing user experience and productivity.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.

Utilize Windows and End User Tools - Nexthink to optimize system performance and user satisfaction.

  • Manage incident and change lifecycle processes ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Deliver training and support to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure all technical solutions align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of user documentation ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Networking Service Now Service Desk and Desktop Support - Remote.

  • Have a solid understanding of Payer Claims and Medicare & Medicaid Claims domains.

Demonstrate proficiency in Windows and End User Tools - Nexthink.

  • Exhibit experience in incident management and change lifecycle management.
  • Show excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Display good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Be diligent and capable of managing multiple tasks

The annual salary for this position is between $ $60000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
