Position Overview:

We are in search of a highly qualified and seasoned Senior Technical Architect to become a vital member of our engineering team. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in engineering, with a demonstrated history of spearheading and executing intricate projects. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving technological advancements, offering technical guidance, and contributing significantly to the success of our engineering endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design and execution of project requirements from inception to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and effective solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers, nurturing a culture of teamwork, innovation, and ongoing enhancement.
  • Design and implement scalable and resilient solutions that address both present and future business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including project management, sales, and operations, to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to promote continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team.
  • Conduct code evaluations and ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and design principles.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges, providing support to the team in troubleshooting efforts.

Qualifications:

  • CCIE Certification is mandatory.
  • Prior experience (academic or internship) in a principal engineering role.
  • Additional Cisco Certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with Cisco products or significant familiarity with key competitor offerings in the relevant technology domain is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capable of leading technical discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the capacity to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated capability to drive technological innovation and cultivate a culture of excellence within an engineering team.
