Position Summary
ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in the expansion of our new location in Fort Worth Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Recruiting and Training, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will help develop and implement create recruiting strategies to attract top talent and meet staffing goals. This position will network with professionals in the greater community to create a pipeline of talent from universities and other sources. This is a unique opportunity to work in a $1 billion growth company as we trailblaze new territory.
About the position
- Participates in full cycle recruiting including finding, attracting, and hiring top talent to fill open positions that are aligned with our company culture and values.
- Utilizes various sourcing channels to find qualified candidates including online job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and attending career fairs.
- Screens resumes, conducts and hosts interviews, assesses skills and experience, negotiates offers, and helps onboard new team members.
- Promotes ITS as a great place to work through partnering with Marketing on employer branding initiatives, social media engagement, and participation in recruitment events.
- Maintains and organizes a pipeline again the talent marketing and provides transparency reporting to business stakeholders.
- Builds relationships with campus coordinators and participates in career fairs and other campus events. Some travel will be required during career fair seasons.
- Communicates with the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence and acts as a change agent for new technology, tools and processes that are rolled out.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Position Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who values a positive and collaborative working environment. Candidate must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting and/or Human Resources, or relevant experience.
- Demonstrated success in attracting top talent through various recruitment channels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a high-performance environment with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
