Position Overview
A Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in connecting individuals with employment opportunities, fostering their professional growth, and aligning their capabilities with client needs.

Key Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a superior experience for candidates, associates, and clients.
  • Identify and evaluate a diverse range of candidates, facilitating their placement and career advancement.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, craft job descriptions, and devise effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively address challenges in client service delivery by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to secure ongoing and expanded opportunities within the ManpowerGroup framework.
  • Stay informed about local market dynamics, labor trends, and workforce management to educate others effectively.
  • Drive sales initiatives by identifying additional business opportunities with clients and engaging with high-demand talent.
  • Maintain accurate and current candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Your Daily Activities
In this role, you will:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job postings, networking events, and outreach campaigns.
  • Review applications and resumes to pinpoint candidates who meet the qualifications for open positions.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and feedback.
  • Engage with community partners and participate in local networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume clients.
  • Organize job fairs and recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
  • Ensure data integrity within the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, customer service, or sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:
- Associate or bachelor's degree.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Taleo, Avature, JobApp, Bullhorn).
