As the On-Site Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring timely fulfillment of all open orders
  • Leading and supervising the on-site recruitment team
  • Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships
  • Guaranteeing the highest level of service for clients at all times
  • Motivating and holding the recruiting team accountable
  • Maintaining strong relationships with our associates on assignment

The On-Site Manager will function as an extension of the client's HR department, focusing on streamlining and overseeing various aspects of the client’s contingent workforce, including business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and management of temporary staff.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume recruiting agency
  • At least 2 years in an Operations/Recruiting management or supervisory role, overseeing a team of at least 2
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Outstanding customer relations and communication skills
  • High proficiency in using online job boards and social media platforms
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets
  • Strong command of the English language in reading, writing, and spelling
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
