Requirements:

  • Experience recruiting a variety of professional and technical positions across multiple disciplines.
  • Solid background recruiting for technical engineering skillsets.
  • Familiarity with various manufacturing positions, programs, machines, measuring tools, and manufacturing skillsets.
  • Experience working with unions and union placement.
  • Strong ability to proactively search and recruit candidates internally and externally with a sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers and desire for strong customer service.
  • Ability to quickly gain an understanding of business needs and strategy and articulate the needs of a position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience recruiting at the level referenced above.
