Job Summary

The HR Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact with Chief Officers and Program Directors, fostering strong relationships and representing the organization at community job fairs and recruitment events.

The successful candidate will manage and streamline pre-employment processes, including background checks, driving record checks, drug screenings, and employment verifications, ensuring compliance with pre-employment documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chief Officers and Program Directors
  • Represent the organization at community job fairs and recruitment events

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team on various recruiting initiatives
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or a similar role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience attending and hosting job fairs and other recruitment events
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
