We are on the lookout for driven and results-oriented net new Mid-Market Account Executives to join our dynamic new business sales team at Hotel Engine. In this full-cycle position, you'll take the lead in creating and qualifying leads, seamlessly transitioning to handing off new customers to our dedicated Account Management team.

Our ideal Mid-Market Account Executives at Hotel Engine are collaborative team players who thrive on adaptation, intuition, and creative problem-solving. We are seeking sales professionals who are eager to explore untapped market opportunities. Here's what you'll do:

  • Manage the full outbound sales cycle, from prospecting to close for Mid-Market deals
  • Utilize creativity to source leads through self-prospecting and leverage company resources
  • Coordinate and deliver compelling online demos to potential and existing clients
  • Acquire and contribute to the onboarding process for new accounts, collaborating with Hotel Engine's Account Management team to foster growth in existing accounts
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with a diverse portfolio of businesses, encouraging exclusive utilization of Hotel Engine for hotel bookings
  • Maintain a well-organized and clean pipeline to streamline sales processes
  • Stay abreast of all product offerings and provide comprehensive feedback to the product team
  • Develop expertise in our tech stack by mastering tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Outreach to efficiently manage daily operations

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably with a background progressing from SDR/BDR to AE)
  • Expertise with outbound prospecting techniques, tools, and processes (this is 100% outbound)
  • A track record of high achievements and exceeding sales targets
  • Passion for enhancing corporate travel and employee perk programs for businesses
  • Motivation and ability to thrive in an unstructured and fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and activities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills


Cash compensation:

  • The base salary for this role is $80,000 per year + OTE starting at $130,000 with the opportunity to overachieve.

Remote Opportunities:

This role is eligible for remote work. Hotel Engine is authorized to do business in all 50 states.
