As a Commercial Sales Executive, your primary focus will be on organizations that can gain from Procore's premier project management solutions tailored for the construction sector. The main responsibility of this role is to drive new account growth, emphasizing new product sales to our clientele. This encompasses following up on incoming leads, prospecting, qualifying opportunities, solution selling, negotiating, and closing deals.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from various locations. We are eager to welcome candidates who can contribute to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Promptly follow up and qualify new prospects generated from inbound leads or marketing initiatives. Formulate prospecting strategies for territory development to establish connections and create opportunities. Conduct thorough research on accounts, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, and ascertain business needs. Maintain precise and current sales forecasts. Provide sales management with reports on activities and projects as needed. Enhance knowledge of key competitors to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients. Accurately manage leads, opportunities, and account information. Meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets. Foster repeat business, referrals, and references by understanding the unique needs of your clients. Engage in networking, relationship building, cold calling, lead follow-up through emails, product demonstrations, and execution of service agreements.Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred. Over 5 years of proven success in SaaS software sales, particularly in a closing role, ideally in a B2B environment. Enthusiasm for entering a new market for Procore. Familiarity with a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach is preferred. Demonstrated success in both inside and outside sales models. Strong communication skills via phone and email with clients. Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment while building trusted relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools. Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems. Proven ability to develop and manage sales pipelines and forecasts.Additional Information
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $38-$46 per hour, along with commission, leading to estimated on-target earnings of $160,000-$190,000. This position is also eligible for equity compensation. Procore is dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation, with actual pay based on a candidate's skills, experience, education, and location.
