Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Channel Account Manager (CAM) to spearhead the development and execution of strategic territory plans, channel initiatives, and partner account strategies with solution provider/reseller partners focused on security solutions in the Northeast region of the United States.

The CAM will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to help partners envision and implement strategies that maximize business benefits from our extensive portfolio of solutions, including Thales Data Security and Imperva offerings. This role involves managing all facets of the business and serving as the liaison between internal teams and partner sales and marketing divisions. The CAM will adopt a return on investment approach to partnership efforts, emphasizing revenue generation, channel-driven opportunities, and distinctive product offerings that set Thales apart in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster, develop, and sustain robust relationships with channel partners, Thales sales teams, and key end-user clients to drive ongoing business growth.
  • Create a collaborative business plan with actionable strategies and establish a routine for performance reviews.
  • Design and implement go-to-market strategies while executing marketing initiatives to fulfill strategic objectives.
  • Analyze partner coverage within the region to identify recruitment needs.
  • Comprehend the partner's key goals and objectives, aligning them with our mutual targets.
  • Be knowledgeable about the partner's business metrics related to adopting our solutions and establishing a profitable business model for selling, implementing, and supporting them. Ensure all program requirements are met by partners.
  • Act as the primary contact for managing challenging discussions and achieving successful resolutions with partners.
  • Empower the partner community to effectively sell Thales solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A / B.S.) or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in channel sales and development, preferably in a security, networking, cloud-based, or infrastructure company within a two-tier distribution framework.
  • Proficient in forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
  • Adept at developing and presenting compelling solution strategies that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills to drive consensus across internal and partner organizations.

The anticipated total compensation range for this role is $174,000.00 - $377,000.00 USD annually. The company reserves the right to adjust compensation based on various factors.
