Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the plants quality function to ensure compliance with all quality and regulatory requirements
  • Establish and maintain quality management practices in accordance with FAA, AS9100 and customer requirements
  • Mentor and develop the quality team
  • Create quality assurance processes and inspection procedures
  • Validate quality processes
  • Maintain AS9100 certification and compliance efforts

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Quality, Engineering, Aviation or related
  • 10+ years of experience in Quality Supervision / Management within the Aerospace Industry
  • AS9100, APQP/AS9145 knowledge
  • Skilled with problem solving methods such as 8D / 5-Why
  • Must be eligible to work in the US indefinitely without restriction
