As a Quality Manager, you will be instrumental in supervising the quality management framework of a 145-repair station. Your role will encompass conducting audits, evaluating data, and executing corrective action strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the Quality department, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies and clients on quality and compliance issues.
  • Perform internal audits, oversee corrective actions, and promote continuous improvement practices.
  • Keep documentation current and ensure alignment with FAA regulations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with airworthiness certification criteria and quality system regulations.
  • Previous experience in FAA Part 145 Repair Station and ISO 9001 compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in aerospace manufacturing.
