As a Quality Manager, you will be instrumental in managing the quality assurance framework of a 145-repair station. Your role will encompass overseeing audits, evaluating data, and executing corrective action strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Quality department, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Engage with regulatory bodies and clients on quality and compliance issues.
- Perform internal audits, oversee corrective measures, and promote continuous improvement efforts.
- Keep documentation current and ensure alignment with FAA regulations.
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with airworthiness certification criteria and quality management standards.
- Previous experience in FAA Part 145 Repair Station and ISO 9001 frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in aerospace manufacturing.
