As a member of the Revenue Organization, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales team at Nextdoor. Our Sales team is dedicated to collaborating with enterprise and midmarket brands, leveraging our advertising products to engage with our community members. By focusing on developing strong relationships and driving impactful campaigns, our team aims to deliver value to our members and brand partners alike. Make a Difference

We are in search of a seasoned Senior Sales Enablement Manager who will spearhead the enhancement of our Sales team's soft skills, learning experiences, and overall Sales Effectiveness Strategy. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, you will lead the charge in empowering our managers and leaders with the tools and knowledge needed to inspire and drive their teams towards success. By driving our go-to-market efforts and strengthening our sales capabilities, you will be instrumental in elevating the performance of our entire revenue organization.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy tailored towards soft skills programming and leadership development
  • Collaborate with various teams to align training programs with business objectives and address skill gaps within the Sales organization
  • Design and deliver engaging soft skills training programs and leadership development initiatives
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and metrics to drive program enhancements
  • Stay informed on industry trends and technologies to optimize the sales enablement strategy
  • Build relationships with internal experts to enhance learning initiatives
Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 10 years of experience in sales or sales enablement
  • Proven track record in developing successful sales enablement programs and understanding of sales methodologies
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in utilizing learning technologies for training delivery
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Experience in sales enablement skills program development and execution
Nice-to-Have Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in social media or adtech platform sales enablement
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and distill ambiguity
  • Deep understanding of go-to-market strategy and cross-functional collaboration
  • Passion for community building and diversity of thought
