has an exciting opportunity to join our Global Strategic Enablement team as the Senior Enablement Sales Coach & Facilitator. You will lead the re-imagination of scalable, ongoing sales coaching for our Global Sales and Customer Success teams, so they can be the best strategic advisors to our customers. As part of our enablement team, you will also develop and serve as the lead facilitator for training programs and key initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who can envision, design, implement, and foster a culture of continuous learning across our organization. You will work to optimize, improve, and in most cases completely reimagine our current processes and programs so that we can not only meet but exceed our goals.

As the Senior Enablement Sales Coach & Facilitator you will...

  • Empower Sales & Customer Success teams by designing and delivering impactful skill-based and situational training programs (both in person and virtual)
  • Effectively partner with and coach sales management to play a key role in aligning to enablement initiatives and empowering them to more effectively manager their sales teams
  • Coach sellers on an ongoing basis to continuously up-level sales processes, messaging, methodology, tools & skills
  • Develop & deliver targeted coaching programs for discovery, negotiation and enterprise level deal cycles
  • Drive measurable results by partnering with Enablement Director, Product Marketing and Learning & Development
  • Establish program objectives, metrics & measure training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationships with sellers, customer success team members, leaders & other internal teams at Smartly
  • Lead the development and delivery of sales specific onboarding program(s) focused on setting up new joiners in the Sales and Customer Success teams for success

We are looking for...

  • 7+ years working in a fast-growing, saas company in Sales, Enablement, Customer Success or directly relevant role.
  • Lead multi-departmental projects & contribute to team success
  • Passion for empowering others, and demonstrating impact to the organization
  • Ability to design, develop and deliver fully executed trainings and content, including presentations, e-learning, videos and other collateral
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across all internal teams
  • Results-oriented; able to work autonomously and accomplish both project and team goals while hitting deadlines
  • A team player capable of high performance and flexibility in a fast paced environment
  • Preference for Digital Advertising, Paid Social or Digital Marketing industry experience
  • Bonus if you've worked with Catalyst, Docebo, Gong or Highspot systems
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills (this role will require you to interact with employees and client management teams at all levels)
