Lead Customer Services Representative - Call Center - Atlanta, GA

Summary:


Under the supervision of the Call Center Director, this person will perform Lead customer service functions to include working closely with Call Center staff performing a variety of administrative tasks to maintain the highest level of productivity within the organization.

This person will be responsible for the coordination of all activities involving the Call Center with the guidance of the Call Center Director.

Must be able to perform various tasks simultaneously (multi-task), able to work well with others and communicate effectively.
Must have the ability to work efficiently and productively without direction and guidance daily.

Responsibilities:

Candidate should possess the following:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
Self starter which promotes positive attitude in self and others Must have excellent customer service skills.
Manage difficult customers in a professional and confident manner.

Excellent communication and organizational skills Analytical abilities Basic knowledge of Medicaid and Peach Care Insurance Proficient with Boomerang Competence with Microsoft Word and Excel Previous office experience in a dental office environment preferred.

$20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
