Position Summary
As a Front Desk Coordinator at Peachtree Orthopedics, you will be essential in enhancing the patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming Patients: Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a friendly greeting, confirming appointments, and providing comfort during their visit.
- Efficient Multitasking: Manage various tasks, including insurance verification and daily collections, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Technology Proficiency: Utilize computer systems for managing appointments and patient records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Facility Management: Ensure the clinic operates smoothly by addressing facility-related concerns and maintaining an organized waiting area.
- Effective Communication: Act as a key liaison between patients, clinical staff, and physicians, facilitating seamless communication.
- Administrative Duties: Support daily operations by handling mail, packages, and office supplies, ensuring the team has necessary resources.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computer systems, with experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) being a significant advantage.
