Qualifications and Skills:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role or as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Familiarity with medical terminology and practices.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access). A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
