Role Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Coordinator at Peachtree Orthopedics, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming Patients: Serve as the initial point of contact for patients, providing a friendly greeting, confirming appointments, and ensuring their comfort during their visit.
  • Efficient Multitasking: Manage various responsibilities, including insurance verification and daily collections, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Technological Proficiency: Utilize computer systems for appointment modifications and patient records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Facility Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our clinics by addressing facility-related concerns and maintaining an orderly waiting area.
  • Effective Communication: Act as a key liaison between patients, clinical staff, and physicians, ensuring everyone receives the necessary assistance.
  • Administrative Duties: Support daily operations by handling mail, packages, and office supplies, ensuring our team has the resources needed to succeed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, with experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) being a significant advantage.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment: The physical demands outlined here represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
