National Title Exchange Strategic Account Executive

Relationship Management

  • Establish strong relationships with NTX entreprise client base
  • Onboard strategic Enterprise accounts as sales close deals
  • Identify additional possible revenue opportunities with client
  • Monitor overall customer utilization & error rating ○ Provide additional training to dealers with high error ratings
  • Attend all strategic Enterprise partnership meetings
  • Client Advocate - Suggest improvements to the program on behalf of the client and addresses client issues and concerns
  • Focus on growing NTX transaction count for existing enterprise accounts based on their used car portfolio

Customer Support

  • Assist in providing support through Slack, chat, phone and email for both Vitu employees and and NTX customers
  • Maintain Vitu level of customer service
  • Participate in On Call support rotation
  • Answer phone calls and emails related to NTX support
  • Answer phone calls and emails direct from clients
  • Understand audit comments and decipher to clients on an as needed basis

Contract Management

  • Add new NTX accounts into Vitu system, CRM, Hubspot

General

  • Maintain use of CRM and document all customer interactions
  • Maintain training at Vitu level of customer service
  • Attend all sales and NTX trainings as requested by management, sales, AE's etc
  • Compliance - Ensure that the clients and other Account Executives are following MVD and Federal regulations
  • MVD support - offering support to any technical issues that an NTX customer may have
